Abstract

Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, the thought of student management in private colleges mainly focuses on facing up to and protecting the differences between students. On the basis of introducing the theory of multiple intelligences, the article reflects the situation of the management of students in private colleges and universities. The phenomena such as behavior constraint is more important than collective construction, rules and regulations are more important than individual care, and behavior results are more important than activity process are not conducive to the management of students in private colleges and universities. According to the universality, culture and practicality of the theory of multiple intelligences, the article summarizes the management work of private college students based on the theory of multiple intelligences, develops students' personality and strictly manages students, innovates the concept of private college students' behavior management, and strengthens students' independent management to improve the level of efficient student management, so as to achieve the role of ownership, control and improvement of management work.
