If the nation is to be revitalized, the countryside must be revitalized. After win-ning the fight against poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way, it is the primary task of rural work to further consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and continue to promote the development of poverty-stricken areas and the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. How to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link them with rural revitalization, and effectively prevent farmers from returning to poverty is a new problem in front of us. Poverty alleviation through employment, as the most direct, effective and most effective way to get rid of poverty, has played an important role in the practice of poverty reduction in China. In the post poverty alleviation era, the employment assistance policy under the Rural Revitalization Strategy continues the idea of poverty alleviation through employment and plays a vital role in the relative poverty management of rural households in the post poverty alleviation era. Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy, employment assistance has achieved a series of achievements, but there are still many problems. This paper focuses on the information dissemination in employment assistance, and makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of information dissemination in employment assistance from the perspectives of information source, information content, information dissemination channel, information reception and utilization and information feedback, and makes it clear that information dissemination is the key factor affecting the employment of farmers, It points out that the information block is a realistic dilemma that makes it difficult for farmers to effectively implement employment assistance, and puts forward innovative countermeasures and suggestions for the information dissemination problems found.
