At the same time, the society also pays more attention to the psychological problems of college students. However, many mental health education implemented by colleges and universities is only a simple publicity to prevent and correct the negative psychology of some students. Therefore, mental health education has not achieved significant results. Therefore, colleges and universities should help students to develop a positive and healthy psychological perspective, adopt correct and scientific relevant theoretical guidance, and explore new models and new methods of mental health education. By innovating the means of teaching, lay a good foundation for the growth of contemporary college students.
