For the broad working class, the Workers' Cultural Palace is the main position set by the Party to carry out class cultural life and safeguard workers' interests. In the last century, the Workers' Cultural Palace mainly played the role of developing workers' cultural activities, was the main place to carry forward the spiritual civilization of the working class, and was also the school and paradise for the broad staff. However, under the situation of the rapid development of the socialist market economy and science and technology, the construction of the Workers' Cultural Palace in terms of software and hardware has been out of touch with the social development, and cannot really meet the actual needs of the working class's spiritual culture. Therefore, in the new situation, the Workers' Cultural Palace should be more proactive in optimizing the talent team, gradually improving the service function, deepening the service content, and creating a good brand image, so as to lay the foundation for the Cultural Palace to create brilliance in the new era.
