Abstract

With the rapid development of big data intelligence technology, its application in important fields continues to expand, providing strong support for enabling government talent management with big data intelligence technology. It can help local governments fully grasp the current situation of talent, quickly improve the allocation of talent resources, establish and improve scientific mechanisms for talent cultivation, development, and use, and actively adapt to the increasingly fierce new situation of talent competition, gather talent support for the transformation of new and old driving forces and industrial transformation and upgrading, and better solve the problem of brain drain.
