With the rapid development of big data intelligence technology, its application in important fields continues to expand, providing strong support for enabling government talent management with big data intelligence technology. It can help local governments fully grasp the current situation of talent, quickly improve the allocation of talent resources, establish and improve scientific mechanisms for talent cultivation, development, and use, and actively adapt to the increasingly fierce new situation of talent competition, gather talent support for the transformation of new and old driving forces and industrial transformation and upgrading, and better solve the problem of brain drain. This article analyzes the effective improvement of big data intelligence technology on local government talent management models, mechanisms, methods, and efficiency. Through the aggregation, integration, analysis, and application of various talent data resources, it discusses the countermeasures and methods for local government departments to accurately serve and manage talents in various fields and industries in talent introduction, cultivation, application, and flow management.
